The estate
Located a few kilometres west of Sancerre, in the highly renowned village of Chavignol, the estate is part of a family history that draws on expertise and legacy that has been passed on for 4 generations.
Our estate cultivates 13 hectares of vines - 90% Sauvignon Blanc for our white wines and 10% Pinot Noir for our red and rosé wines.
Our vines are divided among approximately 25 plots located in the villages of Chavignol, Amigny, Saint-Satur, Verdigny and Sury-en-Vaux. The estate is fortunate to have vineyards in all 3 of the appellation’s characteristic terroirs.
The estate has an eco-responsible approach to viticulture and was granted the highest level (3) of HEV (High Environmental Value) status in 2021.
This label takes 4 points into consideration: biodiversity, the use of plant care products, fertilization and water management.
Out of respect for the environment, we do not use any chemical fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides. Weeds are removed mechanically.
At the winery, we intervene as little as possible in order to allow our wines to express their natural flavours to showcase their terroirs.
